Great complex
I have lived in this complex community for 3 years. The staff is very nice, and they go out of their way to assist you in ... a timely manor. The property is well maintained, with a few issues of other residence not cleaning up after their pets, but that is a small issue. (most people respect the pet clean up rule, and the complex has several doggy bag waste stations, and a gated dog run area, people are just lazy) washer and dryers in every building and some in the apartments which is a plus. The pool is well maintained, they just put in new basketball/tennis courts. This place is constantly making improvements which i love. The rent does seem to go up every year which is a down fall for me, cause my apartment doesn't change or get renovated every year, I feel like they should raise it every other year to keep up with cost of living. My experience at Fox Hill Glens was outstanding! I lived there for a year. Management was superb! At one point my refrigerator stopped working w/in a day they changed it out! I’ve been renting for a long time… this was by far the best experience! Thank you Management!

The best company I've ever rented from. Maintenance requests are taken seriously and addressed fully, staff are friendly, and noise is about as minimal as you could ask for in an apartment building. Cannot recommend enough.

These apartments are very nice and updated Inside. Grounds always seem well maintained. Enjoy the salt water pool and the variety of lounge spaces provided by the pool area. Beautiful community.

Moved to Fox Hill Glens nearly 3 years ago now and have nothing but positive experiences. All staff has been welcoming, friendly, and prompt with assistance and/or maintenance requests. I highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking to move to the Grand Blanc area. Great location, large dog park, safe community, fantastic pool area. Everything they offer is good in my book.
